Eye contact is very important for the listening process. It requires full concentration, focus, attentiveness.
Maintaining eye contact helps a person not to distract and concentrate a person to listen carefully.

How to look people in the eye:
·Try and relax as much as possible.
·Find a nearby spot to fix your gaze.
·Focus on one eye.
·Break your gaze to nod, or make other gestures while listening.
·Try to keep your eyes focused while you talk as well as listen.
