To run an organization successfully, look up to the India Army. Their motivation to sacrifice their own life for the Nation is that they invest all their priorities into the Nation. Similarly, if an entrepreneur puts his organization team on the top priority, then the people associated with his organization would never need any other extra incentives.

And why not? If you invest trust in a person, that person will feel a different level of confidence and will provide you with his best work possible as a return. If we look up to the India Army, their first and the topmost priority is the security of Nation. That's what is their motivation, which keeps them going on. What if a single soldier in the army gets demotivated? It will affect the whole chain.

Staying inspired is very necessary, as it's the only power and reason which keeps you going on. The Indian Army is made inspired every day during their training. "How's The Josh? - High Sir!" These five words can do wonders for the soldiers who are ready to give up their lives while serving for the Nation. That's the Indian Army for you!

Now jotting down this theory into an organization, we can notice that the organization is a battlefield, the employees and all other working people are the soldiers and you, i.e, the entrepreneur is the commander, the commander who inspires by saying, "How's the josh?" and to whom the people working for the organization reply, "High sir!"

So, keeping your army, i.e, the working people of your organization is a must. They should feel that sense of feeling that how they are an important part of the organization, the organization is proud to have. An entrepreneur must:

1) Keep making them realize- "yes, you're important."
2) If they commit a mistake, educate them, don't press them down.
3) Don't compare.
4) Understand the reason behind a situation.
5) keep segregation between personal life and professional life, don't drag someone's personal aspects of their mistakes or failure.

6) Treat them with informal ways, eg: go on tea or coffee.
7) celebrate small things around, like the accomplishment of small goals.
8) Involve everyone in the decision-making process.
9) Welcome feedbacks.
10) And most importantly keep on reminding them about the organizational goal, for which they're working.

Go on, rock the market!
