"You are capable of so much - you are yet to discover "

Remember your moments of being a child when being free spirited was so much fun?

Do you as an adult feel trapped by responsibilities? Is there a fear and social pressure killing your dreams?

If this seems true -you are not alone.Somewhere between becoming an adult and fullfilling our roles,we've forgotten our "INNER" child-the free spirit we are born with, the drive to explore and the zeal to know. The passion to do what you want, the curiosity to learn and those happy smiles have simply faded away.Life is full of stresses and challenges which have killed our desire to reach the potential we are capable of.

As infants, we learn to walk and talk- we have an enthusiasm to learn and we spread joy around!

A child knows exactly what it wants and when.It knows how to rely on intution and understands from life instincts. What changed us?

Then comes into picture the role of social conditioning and programming:

You don't need that..."

He's better than you"

She looks better and has better grades'

You want to be a singer seriously?"

And somewhere between that,we loose the connection we have with ourselves. This is exactly where we let our inner child die and let the society take over the control.

This is an obvious process which has become a part of the normal society-killing dreams and depriving the world of the true potential out there. The purpose of this article is to make you realize that you can still revive your potential, learn skills that keep you alive and add value to life-yours and those around you.

HOW DO I REVIVE MY INNER CHILD?

  • Notice and observe the things which make you truly alive and what you REALLY look forward to do (This does not include binge-watching on Netflix or scrolling through social media)

  • Make it a habit to be consistent towards it- each day, everyday!

  • Give yourself the time, resources and money to develop it further.

Change your beliefs, change your vision and go on achieve it.No matter how old you are and no matter where you are.

Take that driving lesson.Go become an athlete.Become the best singer.Go learn hip-hop.

The world's waiting out there to applaud your inner child. You are capable of this and so much more to life

Lastly,REMEMBER:

"Tragedy of life is not death but what dies inside of us while we are alive"
