A positive start to a day for a happier life.
'Well begun is half done' we often forget this and end up getting up late and being all groggy for the rest of the day. But this can be rectified by aligning ourselves with early morning habits which will help us to radiate optimism and induce productivity. Now let's talk about five early Riser habits which will ensure happier day ahead :
We often neglect the most important part of our body that is soul, the Spiritual part. And for this energy start the day by tapping into the internal energy source through meditation. You can sit idle with eyes closed or chant or breath in a way that's calming. You can also play some smooth music.
Positive thoughts in the morning help a lot in order to have a positive day ahead. You can utilize your mind to release creative thoughts and allow it to focus on experiences you wish to have. The beauty of Being Human is that you can experience anything without physically being there. Say the words of endearment in front of the mirror like 'i can do this' 'i am beautiful' or anything that you like. It makes you 100% more confident and happy.
Your body is your temple so it should be treated as such. Take care of your body for an hour and it will take care of you for the next 23 hours. The more you exercise the more you build muscles the more it feels love and the more it reciprocates. It's not important to go to a gym in order to take care of the body. You can just go to a park for a walk or for a jog and do a little bit of stretching and it will help you in ways that you have never imagined.
I don't know how much to stress on this but it's not a new thing that you should be expressive when it comes to the feelings. I have written at least two articles on expressing your feelings because that's how important it is. You should know how to channelize your emotions. Unreleased and unaddressed emotions can create havoc and at the same time expressing gratitude can work wonders for your life. I just said before "life is supposed to be experienced emotions are supposed to be felt".
Reading good books or watching inspirational videos in the morning can really help you a lot for your motivation or for just keeping you disciplined or creative. Your mind needs exercises and the morning the seems to be the right time for it too.
