Helicopter Apache: Game Changer For India

First AH-64E Apache attack helicopter assembled for India was received by Indian Air Force at Boeing , Arizona in USA today. IAF has contracted this deal with USA in 2015 but it took 3 years to finalise the deal and the purchase prices. It was billion dollars deal for a new fleet of 22 Apache helicopters. It is the most harmful attack chopper in the world. US has produced over 2100 apache choppers till now and provided oit o the different countries on different prices.

It is stealthy and versatile and designed for various kinds of missions. It is equipped with laser and infrared systems that helps it in operating day- night and no problem would arise even on bad weather conditions. Apache Helicopter even fires the hellfire missiles. It is the first pure attack helicopter of India. It would be a game changer for india during tangible battle scenario. This is one of the best fighter helicopter of india which would lead to a new modernisation and good technology. This is leading india as a technological country.

It can carry tons of cargo, heavy machinery, guns, vehicles to high altitude areas. Apache has been made to suit IAF’S future requirements. Deal of Apache choppers is hybrid one. It can carry out precision attacks at high ranges. It is a multi role chopper designed for the battle fields only. Crew has been specially trained in USA by their trainers. These helicopters will provide special edge in future joint operations. This would turn as a boon for our country.

Apache is a two pilot chopper which could deal with the worst battle conditions in any territorial regions.The Indian Army and indian air force have been scuffling over that who should use this chopper. While the procurement for 22 choppers was mooted by IAF, the army has put in strong case for inducting the choppers as they are meant for the very close oprations. Army has moved the proposal of purchase to 39 apaches for the aviation wing. This chopper is an iconic chopper till date in india and focusing on the modernisation of the country. It would be a threat to the enemy countries as it is the best attack chopper in the whole world.
