So,Let me guess!You are awake at 3 A.M or something,tossing and turning around in your bed spending time scrolling Facebook timeline or you are just thinking about things that you “should” do or “should” be doing up by now! Days,weeks,months,years pass but you still can’t shake off this feeling Right?

Don’tworry.Youare notalone.Thishappens to many of us but we don’t realizeit.Sohere I have rounded up some short and manageable strategies for making this little time a little productive one and also help you manage a little sleep.

1. Start Reading!

Yaa heard right! Start reading,reading anything what you like be it anythingaround.Itcan be literature,poetry.magazine,novel or anything of yourchoice.Thiswill not just add up to your new habit but is also a very good way to get a peacefulsleep.Asyour mind will get little tired of reading and this will help you to get some sleep .

2. Scrapbooking who doesn’t love that!!!
Point number 1 was little boring ? Try thisoption.Weall love to click pictures,make memories so why not make a scrapbook where we can add-on everyday pictures,some memorable stuffs,quotes you love ,some chitchats that you never wanna forget..!So make use of your this time…and then after years when you have a large scrapbook laugh out seeing some of these unforgettable moments!

3. Clean up the Mess!
Clothes on chair,laptop with all eatables,no grooming time for self..nothing can be more satisfying than utilising this time.Compile everything around the room,put back everything in their own places,have a nice grooming session for yourself, nurture yourself a bit,do a pedicure,applyfacepack.Thisrelaxation techniques will be very helpful to get a goodsleep.Makesure you have a clean, comfortable, quiet, and dark sleep space,and of course when you wake up in pleasant and clean environment be ready for a gladsome day ahead!

4. Exercise
Doctors mainly say regular exercise can improve sleep quality. However, exercising immediately before bedtime should be avoided .Try to finish exercising at least three hours before you plan tosleep.Andyes achieve that goal of fit body and also have a good night sleep.

5. Decor!
While cleaning up you may have felt to change the look of your room or you may have wanted to make some beautiful craft items to decor..take advantage start some origami,paper craft and end up adding a new hobby which u can enjoy and even use to make your room fascinating!!And surely you willbe thanking me when you get compliments for changing the look of your room overnight.
