Before, mobile phone memory was limited to just store numbers and messages. By the time mobile phone has evolved it offered more space to store photos and music also. MUSIC:

Before you could only listen to music from built-in radio application. There was also a time you had to carry an iPod, Walkman around for your music.

But now it has become easy through music streaming apps, with no limit to the number of music files you store on smartphones.

CAMERA:

As smartphones evolved, so did the camera. The evolution of camera with internet made more conveniently easy to share part of our lives with others. Today smartphones are equipped with cameras that users no longer need compact cameras. CALLS:

Think back to the time when making calls were expensive as phone calls were charged per minute and people used to worry about the phone bills.

Apple firstly introduced a full touchscreen device with a single home button. A year later Samsung came out with the Galaxy phones. This was the turning point for smartphones evolution where people got more screen space and less physical keys.
