Far Cry 5 is an open world first-person perspective action and adventure game, developed by Ubisoft. The game takes place in the fictional state of Hope County in USA. The story line of the game is classic. A single person fighting against an evil army all by himself, building up a resistance by creating hope and motivating people to fight against evil and finally annihilating the evil.

The game offers ultra-level graphics to high-end gaming PC users but also runs in low-end gaming PCs at the minimum settings allowing most people to play this game. For high-end PC users, you can get a realistic experience of the fictitious world of Hope County and the mini-war between the Eden’s Gate cult and the Hope County Resistance. For low-end PC users, although you may not get a realistic experience, you are sure to get addicted to the game due to the amazing story line and missions, some of which are quite puzzling and require great solving capacities to complete. The controls of the game are realistic and features like bullet losing velocity and dropping over long distances makes sniping more interactive and you may have to struggle to get a perfect headshot (some gamers always aim for the head….including myself). You have to stay ahead of your enemies by upgrading your inventory (buying new weapons and special ammunition) because with increasing resistance points, the Peggies will become stronger and there will be more snipers, LMG gunners and air support. For purchase of equipment of gear and vehicles, you need money for which you will HAVE to complete side missions and collect prepper stashes. So you cannot just play the Story missions and complete the game, but the choice is up to you. Additionally, there are features like Repair Torch, Wing suit, Air drop, Parachute, Car sabotage and Vehicle Crash bomb that make the game more realistic and provide the player with unique tricks to complete missions and just doodle. And then, most importantly, there is the feature of Guns/Fangs for Hire which provides the gamer with in-game help, revival from injury and certain abilities that his/ her character may not have.

Overall, Far Cry 5 can be called a unique, interesting and addictive game. Ubisoft really worked hard for the success of this game and I think most people would agree with me. There is no reason at all for a gamer to not do so. This is currently one of the best open-world FPS adventure games in the gaming world. According to me, there is just one problem in this game and it is that throughout the game the player’s character does not speak a single word. It isn’t a problem but it does fell a bit odd in a game with such a vast number of characters. In the game, many characters talk with the Deputy but the Deputy doesn’t reply or talk to a single one of them.

But then, all of us know that all things have their own pros and cons.
