2018 was probably one of the quickest years of my life. It flew by. So much happened and everyone learnt so much.
Last year was filled with ups and downs and I hope this year can be much better.
I had the lowest times of my life and had severe cases of anxiety. I let difficult situations get the best of me and destroy my happiness.
Energy was put into negative things and I was the unhappiest I had ever been. There were definitely some great moments and I would like to have a grateful attitude towards that and introspect about the amazing things I have been exposed to, the opportunities I had and achievements throughout.
But this is the year of change. Everything will be different.
This year started off as very positive and I entered 2019 with a very positive and happy mindset.
This year, I control my happiness. I have the power to make myself happy even in the darkest situations. I will not let any situation, person or thing affect me to such an extent that I have to compromise my happiness.
Also, this year, let’s try to actually follow our resolutions that we thought we will start following, since 2010.
Let’s put your energy into good things in our lives.
Focus on the genuine people who wish nothing but good things for you. Wish the best for people and mean it.
Focus on your career and try to better it by using your time to develop our skills.
Read more books and acquire as much knowledge as you can.
Cut out the toxic people from your life and have real friends.
Utilise your time well. Stop procrastinating and be productive.
Having control over your life and its happiness is what will make a difference. And knowing that you do have that control will make it very special.
Prioritising your life, spending time with your close ones, being productive is the best thing ever.
Putting your energy into achieving your goals, bettering yourself and making progress in various aspects of your life will help give a positive aspect of life.
In conclusion, have the best year you possibly could, have a positive and grateful outlook for life even in the most difficult times because everything gets better with time.
Make the most out of what you have and use your time well because apparently it waits for no one and runs out very quickly.
Someone who's living their best life ever.
