Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for

Ask yourself; Are you a grateful person? Thankful for the good things, big and small, in your life?
Did you ever acknowledge the presence of those around you? Did you ever say thanks to the Almighty for letting you live another day?

In the hustle of to-do lists and work deadlines, sometimes it’s (too) easy to block out the details of the day, forgetting that each and every day holds precious gifts. Everything in life is important and has a purpose.

Be thankful for everything, Always!
Gratitude is something that should come from the heart. Gatification is a power, a magic! And in order, to experience it, all you need to do is say the word 'Thank-you' more often.

Don't take anything for granted because everything has a price/value though not by money necessarily.

When you're not grateful, you become ignorant of everything you have and regret about what you don't or can't have. This is when you start blaming others or yourself and get stuck in the endless cycle of ‘the blame-game’.

Stop whining and complaining about your shit and just accept and acknowledge the things around you. Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.

When you start acknowledging all that is around you, you become free from negative thoughts and greed and become more productive, giving way for new creative ideas.

Once abundance starts to come, once someone becomes incredibly productive, it’s amazing what the numbers turn out to be. But to begin this incredible process of blessing, it often starts with the act of thanksgiving and gratitude. Begin the act of thanksgiving today and watch the miracles flow your way.

We often hear people say that as part of their intention to live an awakened life, they “practice an attitude of gratitude.”

I’m sure you’ve heard this phrase, or even used it yourself. What does this mean to most of us? It means we try to be positive, to acknowledge the good things that are happening, to verbalize what we are grateful for, and to have a positive attitude toward life.

From the air we breathe to the friendships we hold close, there is always something to be thankful for. You should learn to acknowledge all that. No matter how big or small. Just be thankful!

Be thankful for the last day, for surviving the day today, be thankful for being alive, be thankful for the bus driver who dropped you to work today or the guy who filled up your petrol tank.

Be grateful for your family, be thankful for your dog, be grateful for Every. Single. Thing, and let the Magic unfold!

Lastly, I would just like to say THANK YOU for taking out time to read this. I'm grateful. :)
