Mobile phones have now become a very important part of our life. Now they are not only use for calling purpose only but entertainment, work ,conducting business, as a pastime and many more. There have also been an expansion interested functionalities which has helped to make our work easier. But due to the overuse of Mobile phones, people have become addicted to them . They couldn't even imagine a second without their phones.

This not only have physical affects on our body but also results in mental problems.
