Many of us don't listen to our own better judgment. In fact, oftentimes the biggest difference between those of us who are successfully making positive changes in our lives and those of us who aren't is not one’s superior abilities, but the courage that one has to take consistent positive action.

In other words, some of us sit and wait for the magic beans to arrive while the rest of us just get up and get to work.

Choose any area in your life that you want to improve, and then:

1. Write down the specific details about your current circumstances. (What’s bothering you? What’s wrong? What do you want to change?)

2. Write down your answer to this question: What are the daily rituals that have contributed to your current circumstances? (Be honest with yourself. What are you doing daily that contributes to the situation you’re in?)

3. Write down the specific details about your ideal circumstances. (What would make you happy? What does your ideal situation look like?)

4. Write down your answer to this question: What are the daily activities that will get you from where you are to where you want to be? (Think about it. What small, daily steps will help you successfully move forward?)

You don’t suddenly become successful. You become successful over time based on your efforts. You become successful when you fail a million times and stand up again. You become successful when you are ignoring the negativity around.

Failure occurs in the same way. All your little daily failures (that you don’t learn and grow from) come together and cause you to fail. Failure is something that teaches you so many lessons and pushes you for success.

You keep failing to remain positive.
You keep failing to make the calls.
You keep failing to listen to your instincts.
You keep failing to do the little things that need to be done.

#Never stop your efforts even after so many failures.
