This intergrated facility with state-of-the-art infrastructure is designed to deliver a real-time training experience to all our new recruits. It is considered to be one the best aviation training facilities in India. The key focus is on building market differentiating capabilities and managing individual aspirations.

Touching lives

At IndiGo, we reach out not just with our planes but also with our hearts. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, IndiGoReach focusses on three broad themes namely children and education, women empowerment and environment. We work towards upliftment of communities not just around us but also far-flung areas in the country. iService is a programme under IndiGoReach which encourages employees to volunteer their time and effort for the under-privilege. They can volunteer time, skills or expertise up to three days in a year during work hours.

Beyond life

In case of an untimely death of an employee, the Benevolent Contribution scheme provides financial assistance to the family of that employee.
