• Fulfil the Pilgrimage and the visitation unto God ; but if you are prevented, then such offering as may be feasible. And shave not your heads, till the offering reaches its place of sacrifice. If any of you is sick, or injured in his head, then redemption by fast, or freewill offering, or ritual sacrifice. When you are secure, then whosoever enjoys the visitation until the Pilgrimage, let his offering be such as may be feasible ; or if he finds none, then a fast of three days in the Pilgrimage, and of seven when you return, that is ten completely ; that is for him whose family are not present at the Holy Mosque. And fear God, and know that God is terrible in retribution.
  और हज और उमरा जो कि अल्लाह के लिए है, पूरे करो । फिर यदि तुम घिर जाओ, तो जो क़ुरबानी उपलब्ध हो पेश कर दो । और अपने सिर न मूड़ो जब तक कि क़ुरबानी अपने ठिकाने न पहुँच जाए, किन्तु जो व्यक्ति तुममें बीमार हो या उसके सिर में कोई तकलीफ़ हो, तो रोज़े या सदक़ा या क़रबानी के रूप में फ़िद्याी देना होगा । फिर जब तुम पर से ख़तरा टल जाए, तो जो व्यक्ति हज तक उमरा से लाभान्वित हो, जो जो क़ुरबानी उपलब्ध हो पेश करे, और जिसको उपलब्ध न हो तो हज के दिनों में तीन दिन के रोज़े रखे और सात दिन के रोज़े जब तुम वापस हो, ये पूरे दस हुए । यह उसके लिए है जिसके बाल - बच्चे मस्जिदे हराम के निकट न रहते हों । अल्लाह का डर रखो और भली - भाँति जान लो कि अल्लाह कठोर दंड देनेवाला है

  निस्संदेह सफ़ा और मरवा अल्लाह की विशेष निशानियों में से हैं ; अतः जो इस घर का हज या उमपा करे, उसके लिए इसमें कोई दोष नहीं कि वह इन दोनों के बीच फेरा लगाए । और जो कोई स्वेच्छा और रुचि से कोई भलाई का कार्य करे तो अल्लाह भी गुणग्राहक, सर्वज्ञ है

• Fulfill the pilgrimage and make the visitation for Allah. If you are prevented, then whatever offering that may be easy. And do not shave your heads until the offerings have reached their destination. But if any of you is ill or suffers from an ailment of the head, he must pay a ransom either by fasting or by the giving of charity, or by offering a sacrifice. When you are safe, then whosoever enjoys the visitation until the pilgrimage, let his offering be that which may be easy, but if he lacks the means, let him fast three days during the pilgrimage and seven when he has returned, that is, ten days in all. That is for him whose family is not present at the Holy Mosque. And fear Allah and know that He is firm in inflicting punishment.

  और सिर्फ ख़ुदा ही के वास्ते हज और उमरा को पूरा करो अगर तुम बीमारी वगैरह की वजह से मजबूर हो जाओ तो फिर जैसी क़ुरबानी मयस्सर आये और जब तक कुरबानी अपनी जगह पर न पहुँच जाये अपने सर न मुँडवाओ फिर जब तुम में से कोई बीमार हो या उसके सर में कोई तकलीफ हो तो रोजे या खैरात या कुरबानी है पस जब मुतमइन रहों तो जो शख्स हज तमत्तो का उमरा करे तो उसको जो कुरबानी मयस्सर आये करनी होगी और जिस से कुरबानी ना मुमकिन हो तो तीन रोजे ज़माना ए हज में और सात रोजे ज़ब तुम वापस आओ ये पूरा दहाई है ये हुक्म उस शख्स के वास्ते है जिस के लड़के बाले मस्ज़िदुल हराम के बाशिन्दे न हो और ख़ुदा से डरो और समझ लो कि ख़ुदा बड़ा सख्त अज़ाब वाला है

  तो ये लोग पड़े सो ही रहे थे कि तुम्हारे परवरदिगार की तरफ से एक बला चक्कर लगा गयी

  तो ये लोग पड़े सो ही रहे थे कि तुम्हारे परवरदिगार की तरफ से एक बला चक्कर लगा गयी
