ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response)
Do you know what ASMR does to you and your body?

ASMR are tingling sounds made by Youtubers or anyone with a good quality mic capturing even the slightest movements. These sounds make a person satisfied when listened to it with headphones on. relaxing sensations are felt while listening to the sounds made by these Youtubers.

There are many types of ASMR. They can be classified into:-

Whispering

This is a common type of ASMR trigger that's preferred by many where you hear whispers of a person talking to you about anything. Some are satisfied by listening to hear people whisper while some others prefer unintelligible sounds in which whispers are not understandable.

Tapping

People listen to tapping triggers while they are not able to sleep. These triggers are made by tapping the mic or something else like bottles, pencils, etc.

Scratching

Gentle scratching on a hard surface such as wood, brushes is encouraged by many subscribers.

Blowing

Blowing into the mic makes a lot of people feel they have someone's attention. The quality of the audio would be of a higher standard making it feel like someone's really blowing air into the ears of a person while listening.

Role Play

A Role Play ASMR video/audio consists of a topic the artist chooses (ex: Spa, Haircut) and acts like the employee giving a session of haircut to you. The sounds of the oil, spray, brush, towel, scissors, all of them play a huge factor in these types of triggers.

Head Massage

This is something similar to Role Play but a little different. Some people don’t experience ASMR from audible cues but can experience a similar sensation from using multi-pronged head massagers. This can be a useful trick if you want to explain ASMR to someone who is not receptive to other triggers.

Unfortunately, the head massage ASMR trick tends to get less effective over time because part of the reason that it works so well is that people are not used to being touched on their scalp in multiple places at the same time. Repetitive massage means that the nerve endings get used to it, and the feeling becomes less potent. Audible ASMR, however, tends to be something that you can trigger more reliably in the longer term.

I would personally prefer these types of triggers.

Visual effects

Watching videos of visual ASMR triggers makes a human fall asleep by the hypnotize done by these Youtubers. These are the only types of videos that must have video content.

How to experience ASMR

ASMR can be best experienced at the night or while sleeping in a quiet and calm environment alone. Headphones make it satisfying and just listen to triggers and fall asleep.
