HOW TO BE HAPPY

THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT WAYS WE REACT EVERYTHING AROUND US:

1. WANTING,

Most of the people have been brought by in a culture where we have been told that we need to obtain something or reach a certain goal to be happy.
For example, We need to get that phone, to get a bigger TV. If you think back to any significant purchase you made or achievements you reached you felt happier for a while.
But soon after you're back on the hunt. Every single time you end up finding yourself back at your original level of happiness. HAPPINESS doesn't lie in the wanting category. If you're searching for happiness in these things it's just TEMPORARY.

 2. REJECTING,
From the moment we wake up our mind automatically starts to look for things to reject around us.
We reject going to work in the first place because of LAZINESS and show some reasons. We reject others for not doing their work properly. We reject ourselves for being fat or something.
These things make your day worse.

3. ZONING OUT,

For example, We were confronted with a task that's boring like commuting to work, We tend to ZONE OUT. Everything becomes sort of HAZY, Your brain goes on to sleep mode and mind is either lost in the PAST REGRETS or LOST IN THE FUTURE. Filled with anxiety about things that might go wrong.

THESE ARE THE WAYS THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON GOES THROUGH IN HIS LIFE.

THERE'S ANOTHER WAY OF REACTING SOMETHING,

4. MINDFULNESS -Hyper aware of everything in front of you.

Its the way you reacted when you visited the TAJ MAHAL for the first time. It's the feeling astronauts describe when they see the earth from out of space. It's the opposite of zoning out.
When you react to things and events with MINDFULNESS, HAPPINESS follows and it stays for good.

THE ONLY WAY TO BECOME MORE MINDFUL IS BY PRACTISING MEDITATION.

The answer is simple MINDFULNESS and MEDITATION make you HAPPY. Life will not go 100% you want it.
If your pleasantness is dependent upon what happens around you, the chances you being pleasant all the time are remote. You should determine what should happen within you. Then your whole experience of life will be determined by you, nobody else it's you,
If you take charge of it. If you lose, just about anybody will determine it.

My deepest condolences for those who are not happy because of losing someone close to your heart. The only thing to get over is to find someone to share your feeling and help you out from the situation.
