Leader - That Weird Guy Who Can Change The World

Wherever you go you will find a person who gives you a leader kinda vibe, a guy who can get his points across and push others to be better. Who doesn’t want to be that guy? I mean, that’s goals.

Now what makes a leader good?

• A leader should always learn form his/her setbacks, as failures and setbacks helps a person grow and evolve into a better version. You’ll face endless failures as that’s something even gods cannot run away from. It’s your ability to bounce back from failures and make something out of that will make you a better leader.

• Hold people accountable for their mistakes, sometimes as a leader you might have to do the dirty task and tell people that they suck, that they need improving but in a humble way and help them be better. And if you make a mistake then take full responsibility for it, because you’re only human too.

• Work harder than anyone, when you are leading a team you better show them that you are willing to work harder than anyone, that’ll act as a motivation and let your teammates believe in you, and if they believe in you then you can implement your ideas accordingly

• Listen to everyone but do what YOU feel is right. Weigh all the pros and cons of the ideas and then make a decision and stick with it.

• Maintain your composure at the time of adversity, you need to teach yourself to be calm when everything is falling apart. Meditation can help a lot in this.

• Decide whether you want to be LOVED or FEARED. As Machiavelli said in his novel, Art of War, that it is better to be feared than loved. But take your own path to reach the people’s heart.

Leaders are not born they are created and with proper education, the history is filled with great leaders who are an inspiration to many future leaders, study them, study Martin Lither King, study Mahatma Gandhi, study Michael Jordan, study Barack Obama, Captain America, study them to be like them. If not a hidden fact that the leaders outwork everyone everyday everytime, because they want it that bad. Because we hold the light for our destiny, it's only the way we are lacking and studying might show you that. A leader will take decisions that no one else is comfortable taking, be that, beacuse we need that, because we are seriously lacking them, in our country when everyone is blaming each other for jobs but no one is bold enough to go out there and create them. Our education has stinted our growth but come on, we are Indians, one of the brightest and we need to power through. Have an imaginary ideal leader in your mind and follow his steps, you'll surely go far my child.
