The social Problem

Sports have been almost fully converted to make money and profits, and along with the people who are unable to devote a considerable amount of time for sports or those who do not have a proper sports gear have been thrown out of the league, as against their choice. This is also one of a kind social problem. We all need sports in our life. Artificially gyms are not the only solution.

And for the sake of money only the established stadiums are not the only source for revenues we believe in.

Our solution

We’ll create a network for those people and children who want to play but cannot find their team or other people to play with.

We’ll create the space for them to play and will also organise the matches for those who like to sport but are not able to play because of the urban hustle-bustle in their life.

The matching of time and place for different people at different places would be our responsibility.

We’ll establish a well defined link between those people through our networks.
We’ll hire the stadiums, courts and grounds of school colleges and other places and will subsequently create for our own.

We’ll include a variety of sports in, as per the preference of the customers.

The Revenues

Our revenues will directly come from the matches and the membership of people. We’ll divide the slots as per the categories of the people.

We’ll charge a nominal fee from every player and would award the winning team by the amount collected keeping the major percent for our revenues.

We also tend to create a source of income for people as well as for us, apart from meeting their sporting requirements.

The Profits

The difference between our fee charges and our monetary awards will turn out to be our Profits which subsequently increase with the level of each game i.e. round 1, 2, semi finals and finals.

As the two components i.e. the charges and the awards will increase with the levels.

The Target Market

Every individual who wants to play but is not able to find the place to play or the people to play with or the suitable time when he can find the people to play will form a market for us.

We’ll locate such people and would bring them together at one place to play and enjoy.
Majorly we would be looking for school going teenagers and working people.

The Investments

We’ll require the office to work for however not very big where a team of around 10 people can locate and network with our customers.

We’ll search and hire the places where we can organise our matches.
And we need an application and a user interface to be made by some I.T. company.
An amount of Rs.5,00,000 would be sufficient for us to inaugurate our business.

The official Application
Our official mobile application would locate the interested players and would guide them to the place where they can play and earn money for themselves as per the time suitable to them.

We’ll inform them about the fees, awards, and the categories of sports through our app and official website.

Our Objective
Through this business we tend to find and re-establish the sporting culture from our streets, and colonies which was once present but is no more due to the busy schedules of urban lifestyle.
