1.Masala dosa, India

Masala dosa is a variation of the popular south Indian food dosa, which has its original Tuluva Mangalorean cuisine. The dosa is made in the usual way by soaking rice then grinding it to a batter. The stuffing is made with potatoes with the seasoning of Indian species and vegetables.

2. Tacos al pastor, Mexico

The pineapple and pork tacos grilled pork are the original fusion food served in Mexico is worth trying. In some places of northern Mexico, the taco is called taco de adobada. This dish was brought by mainly Christian Lebanese immigration to Mexico took place in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

3. Gyros, Greece

A gyro is a dish made from meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie just like shawarma and tacos al pastor. Late night drunk eating wouldn’t be the same without the pita bread sandwich of roast meat and tzatziki.

4. Sushi and sashimi, Japan

Sushi is not raw fish, but rather vinegared rice that is mixed with other ingredients, which may or may not include raw fish. Sashimi is thinly sliced raw meat usually fish, such as salmon or tune that is served without rice.

5.Puttu Mayang, Singapore

It is usually eaten with palm sugar mixed with coconut milk. Mayang means grated coconut kernel. It is originated from India ( Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Sri Lanka). Puttu is made by slowly adding water to ground rice until the correct texture is achieved. It is then spiced, formed and streamed with layers of grated coconut.
