Everyday all of us search for motivation here and there. The most common thing which we all resort to is listening speeches of famous personalities. Sometimes we start reading best sellers of different times, or some motivational songs or videos of never give up, etc. Watching others is so easy and hence judging them too, but working the same as they are or did is not easy. We all are aware of a famous quote-

It is easier said than done!!!!!

It is the recent trend in the market that if you want to work for your goals, you have to search for motivation. As a result we resort to various ways discussed above. So if there is a trend in the modern world of searching for motivation, why not to use it for our own advantage. Why don't we search for motivation within ourselves? Why we have to go and explore the outside world in order to get some motivation? Why don't we explore ourselves? Why don't we develop some habits, may be small habits that would motivate us?

The answer to the questions is that we must be concerned about ourselves and work smartly and should develop some small good habits. Habits such as preparing our daily schedules or time chart, reading newspapers, writing articles. Though all these habits pretend to be very small and a question must strike in the mind of readers that how will such habits help us in achieving our goals? But the fact is such habits do help us and for some it becomes a source of recreation to them too.

1) Preparing Daily Schedules-

Preparing your daily activity chart, schedules, help you to give sufficient and balanced time to everything in your life, be it your work, entertainment or rest. It helps us to ponder about how much time we are giving to different activities in our life and not to some important or essential activities such as exercise or reading. Some people while preparing their schedules develop management skills by devoting the required time to everything in their lives.

2) Reading newspapers-

Reading newspaper is often neglected by people, giving numerous excuses that it consists only crime reports, rape cases or burglary cases. To those giving excuses, must try somewhat harder to turn the page of newspaper as the first page is always filled up of breaking news to attract people. Newspaper in itself is a library of current affairs and information that help us in understanding our surroundings. Thus all the knowledge that we acquire helps us in achieving our goals.

3) Writing your views-

Writing is a renowned way of expressing yourself. Expressing your views out through writing articles, speeches, poems helps in lighten up the writer's mind and thus leave him free and happy to work for his goals. Writing different things increases one's knowledge and thus adding colors to his success.

Thus instead of developing recreational habits, we must make habits intelligently so that our habits will help us indirectly accomplishing our goals. We shouldn't always follow the ways suggested by others, sometimes we must carve out our daily routine in a way that help us.
