If like me you are obsessed with personal development, listening to motivational speakers, reading self-development books and research motivational quotes then you know what I am talking about. Whether you need coaching and mentoring or different types of motivation these speakers got you covered.

We face a lot of challenges in life and sometimes they affect us mentally, physically and spiritually.Perhaps we just lack motivation, tenacity and positivity to keep pushing through life’s challenges. This is where motivational speakers come in. They are like family and friends but the difference is hard-core truth you get from them.

Whether you are undecided about a career change or you don’t believe in yourself enough or you feel like your past defines how far you go in life, the daily dose of self-development through motivational videos or audios will help rewire your brain and get you hungry for success.

You may not have positive role models growing up or come from a poor background with a minimum chance of making it in life. Perhaps you lack a college degree or "good" education and you might feel like you are doomed to succeed. There is a motivational speaker whose story will motivate you to change your life and help you become a better person.

Below is the list of my favourite motivational self-development speakers and a link to some of their best work.

1.William Hollis

He collaborates with Team Fearless to put out the best motivational videos on YouTube. He is not a man with a wonderful past and the passion in his voice says it all. If your past is holding you back and you feel you cannot live the best life because of your background listening to this guy daily will change your mind and wiring.

Here is my favorite video from his best collection

2.Tony Bilyeu

He is a multi-millionaire entrepreneur who was lazy and did not know his life purpose. If you are struggling with self-worth, confidence and self-esteem which are necessary tools to push boundaries in life this guy is your main guy.

Struggling with self-worth, this video will lead you in the right direction

3.Inky Johnson

This guy proves that a person’s background doesn’t have to affect his/her future if they have a vision and are willing to work hard to make life a success. He carries his scars and hardship with pride and as a badge of honour since they shaped him to be a better person.

One of his best video and my old time favourite

4.Gary Vaynerchuk

He has got wit and humour but one thing I like about him is that he tells it like it is. He tells you the nitty-gritty ins and out of entrepreneurship without sugar-coating it. If you want a “personal” mentor who is will "kick" your a&% for doing a sloppy work in your hustle, then is this guy for you. Moreover, if you want to learn the art of not giving a s#@% and just focus on your hustle listen to this guy.

5.Eric Thomas

He will awaken the passion and hunger lying dominant within you. He is a motivational speaker that pushes you to be a competitor and go after everything you want with all that you have got. Don't stop when you are tired, stop when you are done is a phenomenal video.

We need all the help we can get to become mentally strong and have the ability to face life’s challenge and persevere while following our dreams . These are the people who through their stories have shown us that it is possible to be successful and live dreams.
