How many people know your name, the city you live in, your hobbies, your favorite cuisine? Maybe most of the people in your life, knows about these salient things about you. Things which are obvious, that are noticeable, are easy to spot out. Sometimes, its not the things you know about people will make them remember you but the things you understand about them, will help you take a place in their heart.

Its not as easy as you think to spot a sad face behind happy smile, you can seldom be wrong, maybe that person is genuinely happy, but you disguised them as upset. Its not always the case that a happy face has a heavy heart. But, yes it is one of the common noticeable things. Three things, which are quite important to notice which are also obvious and basic and they are:

1) When a person, who is much more talkative than anyone, seems to be quiet, you should understand, there’s something wrong. Be a ear to them, not a mind. They need someone to hear them, not judge. You can help them just by being present with them and nothing more than that.

2) When a person has lost interest in doing things, yes, you might not notice this, unless there’s a closeness in between. But, when someone’s hobbies no more excites them, that’s were you need to understand.

3) When someone’s crying, yes you should never ever in this universe, judge or ask to calm down a crying person. It is absolutely fine to let tears out, no offense, but those who don’t cry are weak indeed. Crying is just a sign of being strong for so long. Be there with them.

If you really want to understand people, then first let them understand you. Since, there’s no great response for uncertainty, neither in the universe, nor in the souls of humans. Here’s is a quote, which will sum up everything about understanding, “Understanding is deeper than knowledge, there are many people who know us, but very few who understands us”.
