How good as a person are you? How many times, in your life, have you heard someone complimenting as “you’re a good person, thank you so much for the help”. In this life, its not sufficient that we live our lives with ease, of course it is, but not only that, one should always look at others, if they have the basic necessities. It’s the good deeds of a person, that are remembered.
If you think you can lend a hand, in helping people, then here are the list of organisations, through which you can help the needful people. You can always help someone directly, but sometimes, you have the thought of, will they utilize your help correctly or not. Hence, these organisations, are a source of direction for you to help people around you and around the world.
1) Unicef, for every child
This is the organisation, which helps children around the world. It was from the time distributing lifesaving aid to children of the world, in the aftermath of World War II to fighting Ebola, UNICEF has been smoothly serving children for almost 70 years. Working since 1970s, towards the eradication of Child labour, CRY is one of the leading organisations. You can donate online, volunteer, send a cheque to be a part of making someone’s life happier.
3) Smile Foundation
If you’ve seen the movie, “I am Kalam”, then you can understand this organisation. Basically, it was a movie based on a cause, for children supported by Smile foundation. It promotes the education system among underprivileged citizens.

Started by Anand Mahindra in 1996, this organisations aims for better like for a girl. It helps by providing scholarships for girl child.
5) HelpAge India
From the time in 1978, helpage India has been helping abandoned, isolated elder people. From opening physiotheraphy centers to cataract operations, it has been serving people.
6) Goonj
It basically aims to fill the gap between villages and cities. They are helping village people empowering about everything so that they could solve their problems. It supplies urban materials, to the rural areas which includes everything that they need.
7) Teach for India
Teach for India is an organisation aiming to empower the children of India, for a brighter future, and to end the illiteracy. And to bring a positive growth and development in the education sector.
