Have you ever felt to give up on everything, just give up, like you don’t want to get that degree, don’t want to end up at first place in that race, just sleeping all day by giving up on what you always wanted? At times, at least once in lifetime, people lose their interest in the things that excited them. It happens due to lack of motivation, guidance, excess of stressful life, and bad things keep on happening. But, you know what the best part about someone, while they are going through a real tough and rough times of their life? It’s when they chose to not give up, it’s when they chose to lose sleep for their dreams, it’s when they don’t let negativity affect them. Yeah, these things are difficult to face, and much more than difficult to stay positive and motivated when life is sometimes not being fair according to your mindset.

So, what would you do, when you ever come across a situation wherein you’re so unmotivated? Everyone has their own way to become positive and motivated and that is awesome, if they feel good by their methods. In spite those, let’s look out for few ways, wherein you would stay motivated in your pretty rough times of life.

1) Pause and Travel
Yes, doesn’t matter what you’re doing in your life, just pause your life and travel. No, you don’t need to go to Paris, New York or a world tour, just step out of your “life’s uncomfortable zone”, and give time to look around you. You could go to a park, a beach near you, or just travel in a local train. Yes, sometimes, you need to look out for things, so that you could get distracted by what’s stressing you, you’ll get to look out for happy people, sad people who have problems, that aren’t even comparable to what is stressing you out. When you leave the chaotic environment and look around the world, you will feel the motivation to make things better, may be not for you, may be for the world.

2) Recollect
Okay, so daydreaming is fine, everybody imagines themselves in the situation they’ve never been inand that still makes them happy. So, if a situation that you’ve never been in a situation has the potential to make you happy, then think about the situation that you’ve already been in, what would that make you? Yes, recollect why you’ve started your goal, all the reasons would make you motivated. You don’t want to leave a race in the middle of nowhere, then why would you participate it it in the first place? Isn’t that so? Think.

3) Organize the things and your goal
Sometimes you get stressed out when you’re doing much in less time physically and mentally. It’s like you have so much things to do, but so little time, so you feel stressed out. In those times, rather continuing your work towards the goal, you need to sort out and organize your goal and the things you’re working with, to make things clear in your mind.

4) Give a treat to yourself
When you thought of achieving this goal, you may have already achieved so many others by the time, right? All the good deeds you’ve ever done and the things you’ve already fought for. Give yourself an ice cream, for coming so far, and holding on, it’s important to treat yourself special, since you are! Because, no one other than you would know you better.

These are the ways, to regain the lost motivation in the process of gaining your goals. Hope you would never lose you, in gaining something for you. Good luck!
