Time wasted is life wasted!
A wasteful thought can only come in an idle mind. A busy person never has time to waste. Keep yourself busy!
When you have idle time, what you do? You probably think of doing time pass. And when I say time pass it does mean something that has no value other than pleasure. What happens when we start to do time pass? Life becomes hell! Everything appears boring and there's no charm in life.
It's often said in hindi khali dimaak Saitan ka Ghar! what does it mean? A blank message mind is a door to hell.
How to be busy then? Learn something. Do things you love in your spare time. Do physical activity for your health. Play games. Talk with your parents, wife, children. Do whatever!
How true: a busy person never has time to be unhappy!
If you're anything like me, you have an extremely packed schedule. Unless you're to the point where you don't have time to breathe, keeping yourself busy can be a good thing. This doesn't mean that not being overly busy all the time is bad, it's just a question of taste and personality. For me, if I don't have something to do for too long, I loose my mind. I start eating everything a feeling guilty about not doing all the things I could be doing. Here are some reasons why I think staying busy is beneficial.
Staying busy is a way for an individual to grow. Not only do you learn things and improve in whatever it is you're doing, but you also learn other skills so that everything doesn't fall apart. Staying busy teaches things like how to manage your time, how to stay organized and how to work efficiently.
Time managementis the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. It involves a juggling act of various demands upon a person relating towork, social life, family, hobbies, personal interests and commitments with the finiteness of time. Using time effectively gives the person "choice" on spending/managing activities at their own time and expediency.
“We would be happier to have personal revolution in our individual lives…”– Laura Ingalls Wilder
There is a lot going on in the world. There are individuals right now literally risking their lives for a better future.Their demands: a true democracy where having an opinion is not a punishable crime, the freedom to live with dignity, to reap what you sow and for hope in a better future.
Wow.It pretty much makes the trivial things in my life seem so … small. The people of Egypt sparked and succeeded in causing a revolution in 18 days, what a powerful tool of inspiration. While you may not be thinking about a political revolution, you may be wondering how to pull on this inspiration to change your personal situation.
Liberating yourself from the worries of what people will say about you is the only way to live up to your unique potential. This will breed originality, joy and peace of mind.It is a strength of character you have to work to achieve.
The time for your personal revolution is now.You don’t have to be in Tunis, Egypt, Libya, Bahrain or Yemen to be part of a revolution.Take back your life.Live your life.Live your life because you are blessed.People are out fighting and dying for the opportunity to revolutionize their lives, and you have the power and freedom to start now. What are you waiting for?
It is ameta-activity with the goal to maximize the overall benefit of a set of other activities within the boundary condition of a limited amount of time, as time itself cannot be managed because it is fixed. Time management may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects, and goals complying with a due date. Initially, time management referred to just business or work activities, but eventually the term broadened to include personal activities as well.-an excerpt from wikipedia.
