You all must be familiar i suppose with the phenomenal urdu poet Dr. Allama Iqbal. His writings have touched hearts and brought out tears all over the world. One of his most famous works were his “shikwa” and “jawab-e-shikwa” the latter of which left a huge impact on me and here’s why:

“Dil se jo baat nikalti hai asar rakhti hai
Par nahi, taqat e parwaz magar rakhti hai
Qudsi ul asal hai raf'at pr nazar rakhti hai
Khaak se uṭhti hai gardo pr guzar rakhti hai”

This is my all time favourite sher that could ever be and there's a reason why, and that, i'd very much like to explain through this synopsis of what i feel and understand.

So the first Misra is basically so full of hope and can be applied in so many places. Dil se jo baat nikalti hai asar rakhti hai, and that is especially at the moments of prayer or sincere expression of love or regret and emotions like that and also hope if u have hope from deep within your heart which everyone does and bring out on to your tongue at times of prayer trust me and Mr. Iqbal on this it isn't going to be in vain. EVER. Then the other Misra and the sher after that gives really beautiful imagery of how that word is carried and what the worth of such words of hope and love really are due to which they are carried to the skies and way way beyond. And how these words are so important that they can literally change destiny. And how they can even impact other people like these words of Iqbal have impacted me and maybe how your words and words of mine might have impacted others. It says par nahi taqat e parwaz magar rakhti hai which means that words as powerful as these do not need wings to rise they rise independently, as the power provided is from heaven as I've mentioned previously explanation. Qudsi ul asal means that these words are indeed the most sacred and of the most pure things that can ever be said so pure and powerful that it becomes ever so apparent to the lord almighty himself. Raf'at pr nazar rakhti hai means that they have no other way than up and further up, all this just to highlight the vital importance of words of hope and love and fun fact Iqbal wrote this in his really long poem jawab e shikwa and all this he has written from Allah's prospective though Allah's words are much higher but this is the importance Allah gives to such people. And the last sher, khaak se uthti hai gardo pr guzar rakhti hai, no matter how much of a waste or khaak as the word has been used, you might think your hopes are getting or no matter how much of dirt you might be feeling just remember that even dirt can rise above much more elite things when given the right support. And thus wo khaak se UTHTI hai so never think your hopes, love, efforts, prayers are worthless because the truth is, that all what happens happens for s reason. And the reason is always good, so be positive and know that behind everything there can be a very good reason and explanation. You May not know it now, but when you will you will surely be satisfied. Life is perusing to live on in the shadows of the mystery of the things which you desperately want to find out.
