Vrindavan is located in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the Mathura district.
Vrindavan is a very beautiful town which lies in the Braj region and is also famous as Vraj. It is believed that Lord Krishna spent his childhood here and performed acts along with Gopis at this place. The town is located at a distance of just 10 Kms from Mathura, Lord Krishna’s birthplace.
A few years ago, the entire surroundings of a Vrindavan are occupied by tulsi. It is believed that in the 16th century Vrindavan was “rediscovered” by Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. Lord Chaitanya discover the vrindavan which is vanished holy places of Lord Krishna.

Delhi is the nearest place one can fly to reach the towns and cities of Mathura district by road.
Vrindavan is only 17 Km far from the railway station in Mathura which is the easiest route to take.
The place is well connected with roads to the rest of the cities and town, You can also take bus or taxi services or have his own car.
Tourist attraction
Lord Krishna here is worshipped as a child, and the temple bells are never rung for fear that it may wake up the sleeping child God. The temple is reached via winding narrow streets. Shops selling lassi, butter, Mithai and religious paraphernalia flank the route.

Hindu believes that this place was home to Radharani. The major celebration in barsana is a birth anniversary of Radharani. Female devotees visit the temple early in the morning and offer laddoo to peacocks as it symbolizes the offering made to Lord Krishna by Radharani. Barsana is famous for its celebration of Lathmar Holi.
Built-in 1975, Sri Krishna-Balram Mandir is one of the many temples in the world made by Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder-acharya of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). The glowing white marble temple is known for the shrine of brothers Lord Krishna and Lord Balram.

The temple was constructed in 2012. There are fantastic light shows and designs. The light show closes at 7:30 pm in the winter days and 8:00 pm in the summer days.
Seva Kunj has countless tulsi trees, this is a garden where gopis dance with Krishna at night, and where Krishna and his lover Radha spend the whole night in the Moti Mahal.
