Being healthy and looking towards health, far from all kind of diseases is that we all want. We want to be happy andcherishin life. Being healthy that doesn't mean regularexercise, fit body, balanced diet and a happy mentality. These are ways to keep ourselves healthy.

Sometimes, to be healthy and maintain body, it creates a kind of all time tune going inside head. Sometimes a kind of a trauma, phobia and being cautious. A person, who wishes to have a big fat lunch in a buffet cannot have it, just to keep the body healthy. A person wishes to have some spicy, tangy fast foods to keep be happy, can't get it down the throat just in the sake of diet plan. Do we really want this? Like seriously, we all are human beings, and we all consist of desires on food, travel, and luxuries to keep a constant smile inside our heart. Alas!We try but cannot break the routine. We are just left as seated in front of such person who can maintain both- body and heart eating all those fancy foods, andwe on the other hand staring at them with a bowl of soup and some boiled vegetables. Just unfair. Isn't it ? It upsets us. I think its absolutely right if you balance the whole thing. I think we should avoid fast foods, but that sort of preperation we can cook at home and then enjoy them relaxing. Neither it will harm our health nor heart. I think we must follow a routine and do burn calories to keep our body toned but, we must keep at least one day a week so that we canswallowdone those delicious food items that our heart calls and tounge likes to taste. Some people getso much cautious about it that, neither their heart feels right nor their body goes better.

Food provides us happiness and happiness keeps our heart and mind healthy.It'sall co-related. We need to spread our hands and engulf happiness in life. Eating food with pure consent gives you nutrition to right amout, but eating them just without consent won't show any fruitful results.Sacrificing food is good but not for seven days a week, it must be six, as one day for your own food desires. Routine like such can bring you joy and all time smiling. This kind of life make sense to keep body, health, mind all in happy mode and in peace.
