“Cleanliness is must for Godliness.”

We have heard this adage many times, But when it comes to apply the same in our own lives, we find ourselves standing nowhere. We rarely pay heed to clean our own house, and some of us even don’t have any sense of respect towards the people who clean the trash.

Basic purpose of fastidiousness is related to health, beauty and absence of the offensive odour from the society.

But,many cities outrace other cities in terms of orderliness. Its time to mention them one by one.

Calgary (Canada)

Calgary in Canada is tagged as the world’s cleanest city, with a population of more than a million. Due to its vast grassland, It is also referred as the Cow Town. It’s not very easy for the government to maintain cleanliness in the city, but they made it possible by focussing on five main things: water cleanliness and availability, sewage systems, waste removal and recycling, traffic congestion and controlling air pollution.

Zurich (Switzerland)

Just because of its cleanliness, Zurich in Switzerland attracts many tourists every year. It is also called as the financial Swiss Capital as well as it is the Switzerland’s largest city. This city possesses an effective waste management system, and their recycling is focused on how to reuse products in energy consumption efficiently.

Singapore (Singapore)

Singapore holds a place, if smallness of city is concerned, and it is Asia’s most clean and ordered city because here every one stick to cleanliness guidelines strictly. Spitting in public places is considered as an misdeed and you can be charged for it.

In the early 1960's, Singapore was among the world’s filthiest cities. It was the President Lee, who drove Singapore to cleanliness, by his strict laws and fines at that time.

Mysore (India)

It is the largest city of Karnataka. It also served as the capital city of the Princely kingdom of Mysore for almost 6 centuries.

It is the first city in the country to have underground drainage system. It is also one of the first cities of Asia which began planned development of the city.

Mysore is two time winner of India’s Cleanest City tag and this time it secured third place in Swacch Survekhsan-2019.

Cleanliness is very important to keep ourself fit mind wise as well as strength wise.For a healthy living, daintiness is must. It is our moral duty to keep our surroundings in proper order and as per the sanitation norms. It also brings sense of energetic thoughts which not only prohibits the emergence of diseases as well as keeps us robust.
