Homosexuality Is Acceptable Or Not?

Now-a-days homosexuality has become a major topic to be discussed in our society. In addition, its a challenge to live in a predominally world. The world has always raised with different type of issues. Sex, gender, age, religion add a complexity to it.

Now, a question arises-:

What is homosexuality?

It is a sexual attraction between members of same sex or gender.
On 6-sep-2018, supreme court of India invalidated part of section 377 of Indian penal code, Making homosexual legal in india.

IS THE LAW ACCEPTABLE EVERY WHERE?

• In United states it refers that discriminatory employment practices such as hireing for job, promotion, job assignment, compensation etc. should not be there. The very statutory law has passed i.e. establishing employment on the discrimination based upon sexual orientation is legally wrong. All the people are treated equally with equal rigts.

• In states like JAMMU AND KASHMIR its better if you avoid these things that can lead to serious consequences.

VARIOUS CHALLANGES-

Sexual racism is the biggest challange faced by them. With the modernization and growing trends homosexuality is facing difficulties in every field and in every aspect.

1. SOCIAL PLATFORMS-

Its shows that you are hypocrite people. On one end you are pretending to be open minded on the other hand you still beleive in caste system because you said that they are lower caste people, which complete this status. That you have an orthodox mentalitty.

2. DISCRIMINATION IN SOCIETY
At various places they dont get there rights they are pushed back and not treated equally.

At last i would say that homosexuality is not a disease they are also people like us they should also get the freedom to live in there own way.
