Hey guys!! How are you all? Nice to see you all once again. Sorry for the delay guys. So, the breaking news is that right now, I am in Phuket, Thailand for my cousin's wedding. Wow!! What a place. More than just the place, THE ICONIC FOOD; to be more specific THE STREET FOOD that one must try when you visit Thailand.

Generally, the reason for the travelers to visit Phuket, Thailand is its tropical climate, blissful beaches, and raucous bar scene. Perhaps, many of them are unknown to the island's status as an international culinary heavy hitter. Later, Phuket was upgraded to the City of Gastronomy due to its unique food scene.

SO HERE WE GO!

1. Tasting the Melting Pot

To start with the island's culinary palette, THE MELTING POT. Walking around the old town, you will see a person who is known as ‘Baba' who makes mouth-watering dishes that represent a blend of all cultures, and this blend is what we call the Tasting Pot. So be sure to taste it right here!

2. Slurp Down Noodles

You can find plenty of Chinese dishes here, in particular, the noodles SLURP DOWN NOODLES which are really yum. The favorite style on the island is Hokkien mee. Yes, weird name but trust me it's delicious and is honestly worth it.

3.Thai Rice With Fish Curry and Phuket Fish Balls

If you are going to sample this Asian delicacy, Phuket is the right place. This dish is Thai rice which is served with exotic fish curry and Phuket's famous fish balls and trust me guys, you must give it a try. It is so soft and delicious that it just melts in your mouth.

4.Sweet Fish Cakes

I know cake and fish don't go too well together. But, make sure that if you visit Phuket, you must try these sweet fish cakes which are prepared by a family and this family has been in this business for generations, thereby specializing in its prep. Though I don't eat fish much, I tried it out of fragrance and it was heavenly! it was fantastic. One must give it a try and the most interesting thing is even a pauper can try this, it's quite cheap.
