HOW TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF?

Hola Amigos!!! RISE AND SHINE!! A SUNNY MORNING with a glass of chilled lemonade in my hand, CHEERS!!

So here I am, once again, amidst you all to articulate some of my views on a very interesting topic i.e. HOW TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF?. This is something we are being continuously told to endure whenever we deal with vulnerability, uncertainty, and failure. The rationale behind choosing this particular topic was:

Today, I was sitting in my mess having my breakfast. To my surprise, my eyes jabbed on a poster stuck on the wall in the mess where it was written: “BELIEVE YOU CAN AND YOU ARE HALF WAY THERE.” The moment I read this, two questions arose in my mind, which were:

Whether there would be any difference in my life if I start developing absolute and unshakable confidence in my ability for anything I put my mind to?

Do you believe that change is possible for you?

The answer to this question can be put to a simple understanding. It is just that before you start believing in yourself, you need to know about HOW TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF?

The key to this predicament is to be TRUE TO YOURSELF, THINK THAT YOU HAVE THE BEST IN YOURSELF AND TO LIVE YOUR LIFE WHICH IS TO BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR HIGHEST VALUES AND ASPIRATIONS.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU MATTERS THE MOST. Forget the world around you or what they gossip or the silly opinions they have regarding you. If a person starts believing in himself or herself, he or she will inculcate the courage to take immediate action to achieve his or her goals.

I know that just talking about all such philosophical things and writing about them won’t help out up to that extent, so I shall be discussing a few tips to undertake this process in a bit practical manner and BELIEVE ME GUYS IT WILL HELP YOU TO REACH WHERE YOU HAVE SET YOUR DESTINATION.

Some of the tips are as follows:

1. Firstly, it is necessary to figure out LEVEL OF YOUR PERSONALITY and for that, it is important to settle on your values in life because they will, in turn, determine your beliefs about yourself and the world around you.

2. Secondly, you need to set EXPECTATIONS according to your capabilities and also know your POSITIVE VALUES in life because when you believe in yourself to be a good person; you will automatically expect good things to happen with you.

3. Thirdly, ATTITUDE: EXPECT GOOD THINGS TO HAPPEN. This is one of the concentric rings of our personality as it is ultimately our attitude which will be an outward reflection of our values, beliefs, and expectations.

4. Fourthly, TAKE ACTION. This can be understood with the help of two questions:

·What do you believe in?

·What are your positive values in life?

THE DAY YOU CAN ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AND BRING THIS EXERCISE INTO ACTION, YOU WILL BE A CHANGED PERSONALITY FOR SURE.
