This article, I'm afraid to say will not be spoiler free.

Considering what happened in the last two episodes, that we are seeing all remaining characters come together and actually meet to have confrontations and accusations thrown at each other. Although, like Jon Snow, we need to keep insisting that the bigger threat is still not eliminated and we need to stay united and not war within each other, taking into fact that the living need to stay alive by the end of the war, maybe except for Danaerys, everyone is just human.

Brandon Stark

And Bran. Bran is the three eyed raven. And possibly the Night King Himself. [cough, cough]

This is a highly paradoxical. We've already seen Bran pop in at various points in the show to alter the course of the story, or rather set a few things in motion for the Night King to not have an easy victory. Among being the only few people who knew that Jon was Aegon Targaryen, the true heir to the throne, Bran discovered that he was Bran the Builder, whom his Old Nan had talked about in the stories, incidentally whom he was named after too.

Funny, isn't it, to find out that you've been named after your self.

Furthermore, Bran is desperately sought out by the Night King, who put his mark on himearlier in Season 7. Samwell Tarly did mention during the 2nd episode of Season 8 that the memories made us who we are and without it, we wouldn't be anything. However, at this point, Bran is one person from the living, who has the enormous potential of being the three-eyed-raven and being the one person who had access to the memories dating until the First Men.

Sansa Stark

This was thought to be the most pivotal point in the entire episode, where Dany would be forced to make a decision, where she might give up all that she has been fighting for, her will to even get to Westeros, simply because there was someone who had a more legitimate claim to the Iron Throne, or would she sacrifice Jon, to take it for herself. Amidst all of this, we cannot ignore the shot of the Night King's Generals in the final scene.

Who happens to look a lot like Sansa Stark.

We couldn't forget Sansa, even if we tried. And I cannot disregard the fact in the last episode, where there was a shot of two of the Night King's Generals, one had long hair, eerily similar to the length of Sansa's hair, in the same style that she wore it too. We could argue that the Night King's Generals were all male, but after you are dead and you're part of the undead army, does your gender even matter. If we consider the fact that Bran may be the Night King and he can easily get to Sansa when the war begins during the 3rd episode of Season 8, getting Sansa to become a White Walker, doesn't seem to be far off.

The Prophecy

This is just a prediction that I'm trying to make sense of. While the prophecy specifies that it would be a Prince/ Princess who was promised, Dany might just not be the royal heir to the Iron Throne.

Azor Ahai, the promised Prince who had hailed from Asshai, where Melissandre was also from, had a history of being the legendary hero who had defeated the Night and saved all of civilisation. And it was prophecied that he shall rise again, brought back by the Lord of Light, amidst salt and smoke.

There are a lot of beliefs surrounding this prophecy. While the few know about Jon Snow being Aegon Targaryen and claim him to be the Prince who was promised and a reincarnation of Azhor Ahai, Dany is also hailed, not only in Essos about her being the final known dragon, and therefore, the predicted royalty.

The other prophecy about Cersei, which she had recieved from Maggy the witch may also play into Dany's claim to the throne as it was foretold for Cersei that all her progeny would die during her time and she would be left alone, only for a more beautiful queen to take her place and dethrone her.

Those were the expectations and predictions, which might turn out to be true for the next few episodes. Among other conspiracy theories, do let me know in the comments, if there is any particular prediction that you want me to cover and I shall do so in the next article. Until then,

Valar Morghulis.
