Among various other first person shooter and fighter games, Call of Duty does have its name as a veteran in the field. The Infinity Ward production started with its simplistic storyline, which only became more complex and gruesome as they came out with newer releases. Currently, there is a lot of buzz in the gaming community about the Call of Duty franchise releasing its fourth installment with its Modern Warfare saga.

Personally, Call of Duty was the first fighter game that I ever played, it is safe to say that I didn't get up from my seat in front of the computer except for meals, only for it to develop into an unhealthy addiction which led me to ask myself the question, "Am I really making good life choices?"

Do I regret it?

NO.

Back to the point.

The Modern Warfare series had been released as early as 2007 and continued until 2011, however, there hasn't been any release after that. Though fans have always been eager for another game to get released along the same franchise, the production company hasn't said much about it.

Various sources, among casual gamers, NFL players and even former Infinity Ward people, have recommended that fans should consider getting a pair of brown pants, because they are going to shit themselves when Modern Warfare 4 comes out, which is expected to happen sometime this year. The person who talked about this release was former Infinity Ward developer, Robert Bowling.

When asked about how the game would actually be, it was told that it would have the usual, single player campaign, a large multiplayer and a co-op mode as well. Althought it wouldn't be similar to Black Ops 4 and would not feature a Battle Royale extension. Black Ops 4 was the first to not feature a campaign like story, however Modern Warfare 4 is rumored to have all the typical elements of the CoD game, according to Activision.

Modern Warfare 4 is such a requested title on Google that most gamers find it hard to believe that this year, it will truly come out. It is expected to be this year's Call of Duty, since Infinity Ward isn't working on Ghosts 2 for a release this year.

Gamers still remain skeptical about this release because in 2018, there had been a statement made by Activision saying that they would remaster the Modern Wafare 2. But a video surfaced of some NFL players playing it, even though it hasn't been released yet.
