Cleansing ourselves is a daily ritual that we perform. Mentally, physically, the skin more carefully, we clean it all with all sorts of products and stuff. But cleansing our body from within is very important, to get rid of the toxins that add on to the unwanted fat in our bodies.

Well, detoxing our bodies can be tricky. Not all diet is a tasty diet. And not the regular water can be much helpful.

Nevertheless, we get either bored or tired from following the rule of drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day.

So why not make your regular water tastier and fun to detox your body?

So here are a few ways in which you can prepare your detox water.

1. Lime-Mint-Honey

  • A litre of water

  • 1 sliced lime

  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Just add lime, mint and honey to the water and let it sit for an hour. (You can prepare it overnight, for the next day). Drink it all the while through the day.

Fact- Lime helps in consumption of water, aids digestion, improves the bowel movement. Mint is refreshing.

2. Lime-Cucumber-Mint

  • A litre of water

  • 1 sliced lime

  • 1/2 Sliced cucumber

  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey

Combine all the ingredients. Let it be for a few hours. Drink this water instead of your regular water.

Fact- Cucumber is 95 percent water, so it'll help you consume more water than normal and helps you detox your body.

3. Rose-honey-ginger

  • A litre of Water

  • 1 cup rose petals

  • 4-5 slices of ginger

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Mix all the ingredients. Drink this refreshing water. This helps your skin to gain its glow. Ginger again helps in regulating the digestive system.
