Planning For Phuket?

The very first thing to plan for a visit to Phuket is where to stay. You may think that you can stay whichever place you want and go around whenever you feel like it but believe me that is never going to happen. So first decide what type of a person you are and what type of place suites you. Some like peacefulness while others like partying. When I went to Phuket with my husband, we planned to stay in the place called Pa Tong and man! You wouldn’t believe the amount of partying we did. If you are planning to explore and enjoy yourselves then an average sized two star hotel is more than enough.

So after choosing the place to stay, you must decide how long you are going to stay in Phuket. Because depending upon the length of your stay only can you plan your days ahead. The length of your stay can be anywhere from 2 days to a whole week for you have so many places to visit in Phuket.

So the next step is to decide what to do there to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It may be sightseeing, partying, adventurous events or even just roaming around. There are lots of places to visit. If you are a nature lover or you like to look at viewpoints or you want to see who the temple of the people in Thailand, you can be assured that you will be satisfied from what Phuket has to offer. Anyplace you want to go, just hop on a taxi or tuk—tuk (an auto thing in Thailand which is cheaper to travel around the city) and you’ll reach your desired location.

There are so many beaches around Phuket and so many places to relax. There are many islands too where some Hollywood movies have been shot. There are so many packages for you to choose to enjoy depending upon your taste. You can choose different island to visit and mind you, each trip cost you a day. You’ll return to your hotel after sunset only. Moreover, the most exciting thing about visiting these islands is you can do snorkelling there. The water is clean and safe and you can see different types of fishes swimming near you. If you know swimming, you’ll enjoy to the fullest.

And at night you can go to a road called “Bangla Road” where the party takes place. It’s a walking street with full of people enjoying themselves. The party goes on for like 4 in the morning and you wouldn’t feel like you have spent so much time there. You need not be afraid for your safety for there are police all over the place who are very genuine.
