Empathy On Its Way

Empathy by definition-

Is the ability to feel and understand what others are going through or what others are feeling

It is putting oneself in others shoes

The experience at times can be overwhelming

Let's see what an Empath's mind is telling

They see a friend hurt

It may be emotional

Or physical

They can't bear the pain

Others are going through

Even if it is something

Happening with others

And not with them

They get affected by the tragedies others say

Because they are Empaths

And Empathy is on its way

They overhear an argument

Reaching to its level at peak

They are on their way

They did not purposefully sneak

They feel the urge to go there

And solve stuff

To give others and themselves

Some relief

The vibes reach to them

Even if they are far away

Because they are Empaths

And Empathy is on its way

Not only for the people they know

But even for the people they

Don't know

Their consideration doesn't end

Whoever you are

A stranger or a friend

They don't think too much

There is no such day

Because they are Empaths

And Empathy is on its way

They sometimes get drained

By the overflow of emotions

Of others and self

It is no one's fault

Sensitivity is in their nature

By default

Their hearts are open

To hear everyone's say

Because they are Empaths

And Empathy is on its way

They understand the unsaid

They understand what's being hided

Even if they aren't accurate enough

They have intuitions which are strongly guided

They understand one's feelings

By the expressions itself

Words aren't required in some cases

They find meaning

Within ambiguous sentences

They'll try to know others in some or the other way

Because they are Empaths

And Empathy is on its way

Feeling what others feel

Going through the same emotions

And at the same time

Not able to do anything about it

Makes them vulnerable

And they may feel helpless

They may feel distressed

But this doesn't make them weak

Only if they learn how to handle

Only if they understand

This is not a weakness but a strength

The ability they have

Is not with many

The sensitivity they show

Is not everyone's capability

They can help

They can listen

They can heal someone's wound

The emotional one

The world needs more of them

A crucial part they can play

Because they are Empaths

And Empathy is on its way
