The rising problem among youngsters and kids is sleep deprivation nowadays. Sleep deprivation is caused by unsufficient sleep and excess work. It leads to fatigue, daytime sleepiness, increased weight and high appetite. This condition is general to see in working class. It happens due to workaholism.
People who are workaholics have an extremely difficult time tearing themselves away from work. Even when they are finally “off the clock,” you’re still likely to find them checking email on their phone. They are obsessive about work and refuse to take time off.
Lack of sleep is known to cause poor attention, worse grades, school absences, poor social interactions, irritability and crankiness, depression, increased car crashes, and increased risk taking behaviors.
Having the dark circles do not prove that you worked hard. Teens and tweens have built up an impressive amount of daily screen time.Figures put it at between six to eight hours a day for 11-15 year-olds, and that’s not including time spent on a computer for homework. The incomplete sleep makes your next day worse. Your day might be filled with mood swings, anger, depression and drowsiness. This can damage your health as well as personal image at a post. It will make you devoid of happiness. It will give you a clumpsy and gloomy face. Your plans may get fail. The improper sleeping schedule brings laziness that stops you from maing good plans and strategies. This will act as stone in your path of success. It can even drop you out of the way. In future this may lead to permanent illness. That time you have to take sleeping pills. You may get suffer from disease and physical aches. Not every time your body will support. After some years gradually downfall begins to appear in human health. You have to manage your health otherwise problems are ready to start capturing you. You have to sleep well and eat fresh.
So far it does not look good. We’re now coming to terms with the fact that social media has some clearly negative impacts on our sleep and with that, our mental health.
A lack of sleep has other side effects: it has been linked to an increased risk of heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, poor academic performance, slower reaction times when driving, risky behaviour, increased substance use… the list goes on.
Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day will retrain your internal body clock to recognize when it’s time to sleep and when it’s time to wake.
Make sure you provide room for you to conceivably get at least 7 hours of sleep.
