Like people say, art takes many forms literally. Art is omnipresent. All that is needed is a tad bit of creativity to make it into a beautiful art-work. Art made it possible to walk on water, to express emotions and unsaid tales. And here art makes it possible to create wonders using just leaves and rocks which are all available naturally. The name of the artist with the magic hands in Andy Goldsworthy.
All his art is completely made up of naturally available materials. Stone leaves, rocks, icicles, brightly coloured flowers to name a few. He quoted, "I think it's incredibly brave to be working with flowers and leaves and petals. But I have to: I can't edit the materials I work with. My remit is to work with nature as a whole."
He is the founder of the modern rock balancing. His works using these rocks and perfect science of balance are breath-taking.
He mostly uses bare hands for smaller works. For bigger works, he takes the help of machine tools.
He uses bright flowers and leaves to create eye-catching artworks. He arranges them in a fascinating order. Mostly circles.
He spends countless hours arranging and designing them. According to him, when it comes to leaves and branches, photography plays a crucial role. Leaves may dry and decay over time. And some of his work may even grow to various heights and become distorted. So he considers it necessary to capture and record them when they are most lively.
He uses leaves of various colours and texture to implement the desired design. Not just leaves even pebbles, twigs and moss growing on the trees were turned into art.
