You can observe that in order to reach the mountain top we need a car or a van and the journey to the top would be thrilling and amazing.

When you visit Ooty the first thing you get loved with are the resorts. They are spacious and well furnished. You must watch the sunrise from Doddabetta Peak and take the peaceful boat ride on Ooty Lake.

5. Kodaikanal

It is in district Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.It is a hill town and is an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls, and grassy hills. The best part is we can hire rowing boats and also cycles to go through the Lake Road path around the shore. It is one of the best destination places you can ever think of. Kodai lake lays in the heart of Kodaikanal and is a star-shaped man-made lake of 60 acres.There are also boating, horse riding, cycling etc...are available.

The Green Valley view is one of the tourist attractions which is also called a SUICIDE POINT.To reach this beautiful spot we must have panoramic walks through the misty woodland.

Bear Shola Falls is named because of the fact that many bears used to drink water from this fall. We can also find this as the best picnic spot.The Pillar Rocks of Kodaikanal are located around 8k from the lake. It has a beautiful mini garden.the place is so named as it has three vertically positioned boulders reaching up to the height of 400 feet.Here for a trekker delight, Kodaikanal has some exquisite locations to offer to both the professional trekkers and the novice ones.This adds more fun and adventure to our trip.

The best part in any trip is the train journey that revives us with joy and excitement especially with our family members. This gives a complete feel and covers all the places we missed out in hurry.These are the few places that I loved. There are many more exciting places to be visited in India that are very cool and Beautiful places like Ladakh, Shimla, Shillong, Kashmir, etc...
