Happiness is not just a simple goal, but it is about making progress,at the time when it's as difficult to even move a step ahead. Being happy often means continually finding satisfaction, contentment, a feeling of joy, and a sense that,your life is meaningful during all kinds of problems that are coming into your path — that does not depend upon finding ease or comfort.Nobody is jolly or elated all the time, but some individuals are definitely more fortunate than others.

To be happy-

1. Determine your core values.
It determines how you are thinking about yourself. These beliefs guide your decision making and mental strength strong.

2. Show your self compassion.
Knocking yourself up or giving in to the thoughts can leave your feelings weak and unhappy.

3. Change your thoughts.
People mostly remember and negative experiences but forget the positive ones. You can change the way your brain works-

- Meditate
- Make small events into experienced events.

4. Look for the positive in all your experiences.
-Accept bad experiences and problems as leading opportunities.
-Don't give up on your ideas.
-Refocuse on the positive.
-Get away with negative thoughts.

5. Smile
Science suggests that when you smile, whether you're happy or not, your mood is raised.
People who smile in their hard time reported less pain, than those who kept their facial moods neutral.

6.Own yourself
This means to accept and embrace your habits, your personality, the way you talk or look.
- Love your body.
- Make a list of your strengths and overcome your weaknesses.
- Don't compare yourself negatively with others.

7. Heal Past Traumas
If you find yourself consistently feeling down or upset, you might have some isseus in the past.
Common treatments for trauma include emotional behavioral therapy, talk therapy and etc.
These ways can help us to respond in situations and process your feelings.

8. Create balance and overcome burnout.
Building new skills, skills that will help you to be happier,which will take time and energy.

9. Take breaks from social media-
Facebook tends to be negative effect on our happiness. By choosing to take a break-we can boost our happiness.

10. Communicate kindly
When you are kind to others, you feel better about yourself. We can treat each other with respect.

11. Find clarity
To become happier, try to gain clarity on your emotions, find out what you are feeling and what caused those feelings.

12. Find your purpose
We all think that we should make some sort of positive impact in this world. Explore exactly, what gives you a sense of purpose and how you want to pursue this purpose to give your life a greater sense of meaning.
