Getting here

Manali serves as the gateway to Lahaul, Spiti, Leh, Ladakh( all great names have humble beginnings) so Rohtang witnesses a lot of bustling activities in the trekking season.

The best time to off for trekking is during mid-June and mid-September to mid-October, and there are plenty of options to choose from, the famous ones being beas Kund and the chandratal lake.

Manali has fulfilled all the prerequisites for a complete adventure, ranging from forest cover to snow slopes and the lush green valleys to the fast flowing river-all provide an ideal destination for mountain adventure sports.

2.5 km ski runs beautifully zigzag you on snowline variety paragliding gives you a phenomenal view of the stunning landscapes which lay down below.

River rafting

Check your adventure appetite on the wild rivers of Beas, rafting is open from end September to mid October.

This requires a considerable physical strength to cut through the storming waves of the river.
The journey starts at Pirdi and after 16 km adventurous trail in the cold river, ends at Jhirhi.
