In today's time where every person is suffering from one or another type of mental disorders such as mood disorders, anixety disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, substance, abuse disorders.
Behaviour psychology is the study of how our behaviour relate to our mind. B.F Skinner's most famously stated. 'Give me a child and I'll shape him into anything. Psychology is the game of the mind. This focus on one particular view of learning a change in external behaviour.
There are generally 4 types of behaviour.
1. Aggressive
Being aggressive many a times lead in distancing from our near and dear ones. Mood swings lead in many types of feelings like strong sense of inadequacy, having lack of empathy and the only way through which their needs met is through power and control. These type of suffers have a feel of anger, superiority, frustration and impatience.
2. Assertive
These types of people are described with the ability to appropriately express one' own wants and feelings. These types are often described as one sided people. This types belief that each individual is responsible for his or her own problems. This leads in avoiding conflicts, maintain good relationship, usually end with winning all situation. These people are more open to hear the decisions of others with much patience. This type of communication has positive and vibrant expressions on both the communicator and reciever.
