Lakshmi Hills is one of the attractive escape in Munnar giving you a chance of trekking expedition. The 13 km trekking will take you through the hillside and tea grasslands and it is thrilling enough to be recalled even over long back. The traditional southern India dance Kathakali show will give you the essence of ancient art. The dance is performed at temple Koothambalam. The tradition of Kerala is displayed as storytelling in the form of Kathakali in Punarjani traditional village and Thirumeni cultural centre.

One of the things to do in Munnar is spotting the rare species found in Nilgiri Tahr Kerala. One of the parks is Eravikulam National Park in Munnar- occupying 97 square kilometres.
