Troll! You must have heard this word many a times, at least once. Isn’t it? Trolling precisely means either mocking on somebody’s post or statement or creating discord by posting upset and irritating comments on Internet. This can be seen on any of the social media sites; Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which allow people to comment anonymously. There are many people who say something controversial or such a rumor, that it becomes a point to argument and say whatever we want to. If you are an active social media user, you must have noticed it somewhere or the other. In news also, they sometimes show us that some politician tweeted something on Twitter, then it becomes a point of debate all over the country. Moreover, on YouTube, the same thing happens. People just post shameless or regardless comments below the videos, without thinking even once. If you own some company, or you are a blogger, or a famous figure, you must be aware of this stuff very well. But the more important thing is to know how to respond to trolls and how to manage your words, and actions to these trolls. You should be able to act quickly, sincerely and you should learn that reacting to every troll also is not a solution.

Firstly, establish a policy for users. These policies help you to choose what sort of comments should be allowed and which of them must be outlined on your website or any of the social media page. Secondly, what you can do is to simply ignore them. Trolls will increase, if you constantly keep replying to them because they want attention, they want you to get aggressive, uncomfortable and they want you to quit likely. So if you won’t react, they will stop themselves. Let the Karma do it its own work. Thirdly, use humor to neutralize the effect of troll. It helps to lighten up the situation rather than making it a hot topic to be discussed everywhere. Additionally, you can also find them who they are, may be the person who is mocking you on daily basis is a comedian by profession, so it’s his job, and let him do. You go on with your work, without caring what he posts. He is doing his job; you do your own job! Else, you can delete those comments which bother you and if it demotivates you, disable commenting from your posts which can help to evade from trolling altogether. Furthermore, if you have a loyal online community you may not have to worry much about trolls since the members will monitor themselves. When a troll does appear, your community may take matters in their own hands and drive of the trolls themselves. Or if there is a need or watch in order to get to know how much you are climbing up, read some trolls that help you to improve, if possible. However,if a troll points out a mistake you have made on your site, then you should look into it, make the proper corrections, and admit that you were wrong. If someone’s troll is stopping you from achieving your goal, you may report it to the respective site, if that site has reporting feature.

Hence, everything well considered, it all depends on you, how to react to trolls. The given above were some of them to avoid trolls, if you come across and it’s bothering you. Otherwise, everything you upload indicates your understanding and it’s your way to rule out your page. People are born to judge you and stop you, it’s on your decision what you do and what not and how you do!
