EXAMS- the one and only fear one can ever have. The 5 letter word that sounds small, but does not allow us to have a proper sleep. It troubles us in the form of nightmares. But they are something which tests us for whatever we have studied all through the year. Today I would like to share with you all few exam fear tips. It is very important for us to have a peaceful mind before going to the examination hall. So let’s see how we can have it..!!

From kg to pg, one thing that tonts us, are the exams and its results. So the very first step to get rid of such fear is to have a peaceful mind before going to the exam.

·You need to have a proper and peaceful sleep, relax yourselves and a very important thing to remember, do not revise anything at the end. You would find many, who would give rise to new topics at the end. Do not focus or get worried about them, revise whatever you have studied, and write whatever you remember. Trust me, it will go well..!!

·Along with a proper sleep, proper breakfast is also very important. There would be many, who would skip their breakfast and leave for the examinations. But that’s not the correct way, breakfast would really help you remember all you have studied last day.

·The other very important thing, one has to do while preparing for your exam is, not to compare with your friends and peers. Calling and asking your friends till where they have completed is really a bad idea. That would create a negative impression on yourselves if the other person has completed more than you. So avoid doing such activities, and focus more on your syllabus and your work.

·Avoid getting distracted to gadgets at the time of preparation. That could waste a lot of your precious time, and thus would lead you to get tensed and worried at the last moment.

·Whatever topics you feel are tough finish them first. Yes you heard it right! Whatever topics you feel are tough and hard, finish them first, so that it creates a feeling of confidence that you have finished something very tough. So that makes the easy ones easier. Try out in this way.. and see you would surely see positive results.

·Revising your syllabus in the early hours like timings between 5am to 7am would really help you remember the topics till the time of examination. It is actually scientifically proven that if revised at that point of time, you would remember it better.

So these could some of the tips for reducing the exam fear you face. Do not get tensed and worried, prepare well and be confident and do not revise anything at the last moment. Just write all that you know, and I assure you, everything will be perfect. Exams are the beautiful memories that one can have about their school life. So enjoy them to the fullest. Don’t forget that you will be given holidays after your exams are done.. :)
