Lost Soul

The bright smile is lost,the eyes see no more happiness,the heart does not beat anymore,the legs dont walk towards to the play ground,the hands have dropped the bats and balls...Now he sits in a corner,lost somehwere in his thoughts. Thinking something that could not be taken by anyone.Lost in a world of darkness,world of criticism,a world he was thorwn into, a world he was pushed into..

The only reason was,that he was a MEDIOCRE.He was not as excellent as the topper of his class was, he couldn't grasp things as fast as his cousin could, he couldn't recite things as properly as his bestfriend did.

But being a mediocre,was it a crime?A crime that he could not be forgiven for?Not being able to do things the way society wanted him to,became a spell which could not be broken by him, so he gave up!Yes the little soul GAVE UP. He gave up because he could not bear his own father giving up on him. He gave up because his faith in himself was shattered!He gave up because he thought he could not continue.

Every child,every little soul,every angel has a unique quality. Something he is excellent in,far better than the rest of the world.

If he wasnt good in academics he must would have been amazing in sports,If not in sports then may be writing,If not in writing then maybe in computers, coding,sketching,painting....and if not in anything then he must be a bud with a golden heart and a helping hand undoubtely.

But now nothing remains. All is gone with the lost soul.Now he doesnt trust himself.His eyes are no more the rich source of happiness!He is gone far away from this world!He is no more than a statue following all your commands,all ur demands,all ur instructions blindly.

All because you failed to trust him,you failed to cheer him up,you failed to show him that u were proud of him! You failed to be a father!You failed to be his companion. All u did was to criticise,criticise and criticise!

And now he GAVE up.

Hope now u realise that the pain of losing your own son is worse than facing this society.
