Bollywood is an emotion for the Indian audience, as they not only invest their money to watch a film but also invests their feelings.More than 1000s of movies are released in India each year which shows how largely Indian audience is driven by cinema.

No Friday is a blank Friday here, which means a new movie is released every week. Out of the oceans of films released, there are few drops which leave a mark on us. They carry a basket of messages with them but sometimes even a single dialogue teaches us a lesson of billion bucks.

So, here are 5 life-changing Bollywood dialogues with an eloquent and powerful message –

1. “Yesterday has gone, we have no control over it… and tomorrow will only be better if you do something right today”.

Movie – Bachna Ae Haseeno, 2008

Cast – Deepika padukone, Bipasha Basu, Ranbir kapoor

Directed by – Siddharth Anand

Often we get stuck in our past, it becomes heavy to take a step forward. We live our present while craving and crying for something/someone who is no longer in our life. This feeling of being incomplete causes a myopic vision beyond which, we disagree to see and act.

This dialogue conveys that it’s important to forget the past for a better future. The only way to happiness is – present, the ability to act in the present is the only road which can lead to a different tomorrow.

The past has gone and the future is not yet here so, live your today to the fullest. This can be a mantra for a happy present and happy life.

2. "I will not change my dreams to match with my reality, But….

I will change my reality to match my dreams!! "

Movie - Gully Boy, 2019

Cast - Alia Bhatt, kalki koechlin, Ranveer Singh, siddhant chaturvedi

Directed by- Zoya Akhtar

The universe of dreams is for everyone, It has no limit, and no excuse either. But we as humans bury our dreams within a coffin of excuses, excuses for struggle, excuses for discomfort, which goes on and on.

While we ourselves are fighting to remove barricades of self-limits, society engulfs us, we are reminded of the distance between us and our dreams. Reality is used as a weapon to stop us from conquering our dreams but this dialogue pushes our boundary of passion and desire. It conveys how one should thrive for his/her passion regardless of excuses and fear of reality.

3. "To reach somewhere one has to leave the place where one is right now".

Movie - yeh jawani hai deewani, 2013

Cast - Deepika padukone, kalki koechlin, Ranbir kapoor and Aditya Roy Kappor

Directed by - Ayan Mukherjee

To grow one has to come out of his/her comfort zone. Opportunities don't knock our doors itself we have to work hard for it and in order to grab the opportunities, we have to leave many things behind.

It's evident how we leave behind schools for higher education, house for a better job and that job for better opportunities, entrenched desire for something better drives us to leave behind the things we have.

Life goes on and some things are meant to be left behind for being where you want to be.

4. "Humans look for religion even in Names"

Movie - A Wednesday, 2008

Cast - Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam kher, Jimmy shergill, Deepal Shaw

Directed by - Neeraj pandey

In today's world, people choose religion over humanity easily. The obsession for religion has eradicated human love and unity.

Religion was meant for learning and practicing love and peace but now it has become a weapon to threaten people and to take away their rights.

Even in the names, they look for religion, it shows how strongly the negative enthusiasm of religion is killing humanity.

5." Sometimes even the wrong train takes us to the right stations"

Movie- Lunch Box, 2013

Cast- Irfan Khan, Nimrat Kaur

Directed by- Ritesh Batra

As humans, we always desire to know where we are going and where we will end up. We crave for every answer and thrive to be doubtless.

And in this process of knowing everything we miss the essence of being lost, of wandering.

Sometimes the start is not good or maybe are not sure about where we will be in the future but believing and wondering can take us to the right destination.

It's important to wander and to set our soul free as it can lead to the most beautiful destination and if not…. Then what is life without a little risk?

The list of good Bollywood dialogues is so long that we can go on and on, but these were some handful of gems which can help you to be in a better place.
