Summer calls for a lot of care, for a lot of things - your skin, your eyes , your health. Dehydration is a real concern and should be prevented, but so is bad and washed out skin, sweat and pollution. So we should be summer smart and carry a certain number of essentials with us wherever we go. Although, in this scorching hot climate, these essentials will not keep you fresh throughout the hot & humid climate but will tend to the skin woes -
Taking a stroll in the sun without using sunscreen is not a goof idea especially during the summer. Not just from the harmful rays of the sun, skin blotchiness and the discolouration , can also be avoided with the right SPF sunscreen , you can protect your skin loads .
The second most essential in your bag should be the sunglasses to protect your eyes from the hot waves. Direct raises of sunlight may cause irritative, conjuctivitis, resulting in red , watery eyes and discomfort .
The very important: make sure you always have a small supply of H2O wherever you go in the summer. So, that if you can't find drinkable water atleast you're having already your bottle with you. Drink lots and lots of water to keep yourself hydrated.
In summer, dehydration makes your skin and lips dry and cracky, to avoid that , always carry a lip balm to your bag. Apply atleast 4-5 days a day. This will help in keeping your lips moist and soft .
Summer leads to more germs and bacteria that takes place very quickly in your skin and can lead to different skin problems. To avoid that, use sanitizer to get rid of them .
