MBA - Masters of business administration. There was a time when doing MBA was actually a big deal. Parents proudly used to say, my child is an MBA. But now the situation has changed completely you find MBAs in every street, Jobless and Hopeless. Everyone is doing MBA. Have nothing to do so let's do MBA.

MBA has actually lost it's real meaning. MBA is all about the practical learning. It is all about case studies, live projects, internships, communication skills and the most important, confidence. An MBA altogether develops a personality. You learn to communicate, you learn to decide wisely and quickly, you learn to deal with every situations.

But I am very disappointed with some institutes that are simply ruining the value of MBA. They run simply PPT oriented classes where the professors ask to right only what has been taught, they don't even bother about what the students have learnt. MBA should always be two way, only then can the purpose be served but I think professors are least interested in even knowing the point of views of students.

Then comes internship. Oh god! It is like another business for the printing shops. I was surprised when I came to know that printing shops actually sell internship projects of one to another. Internship is meant for a complete practical exposure but students are taught to simply focus on marks through the internship project. So what students do, they simply copy a project, read it thoroughly and attend the Viva. Supposedly, if the vivataker asks something relevant but out of the project, students start panicking. But let me tell you, this is not limited to the students only, the vivatakers also know everything yet they keep quiet. Because they don't want their college's students to get into any difficulty so they let go. And now this has simply become a very usual thing.

So this is how several MBAs are produced every year with no confidence, no knowledge, no professionalism. And the worst part is neither the student cares nor the professors.

The value of MBA has not decreased. We have simply deteriorated it's value.
